Super cute Stacy and Chad! How I adore them! They are so good natured, and so funny and so much freaking fun! I am SOOOO excited to be a part of their wedding this fall. It’s going to be nothing short of fantastic. I mean, hello! They ROCKED out this engagement session. I’m sure their wedding won’t be anything short of amazeballs. We started things off at Ace of Spaces…a REALLY cool place in midtown that you should all check out… I’m just saying.

Hoppy Easter {personal}

Malenda and Robert {engaged}
When I first met with Malenda and Robert it was nothing short of a love connection… for all of us. Seriously, I adore these two SO FREAKING MUCH and am so happy to be a part of their wedding. It’s going to be pretty freaking fantastic FOR SURE! We got together for their engagement session and just spent an afternoon basking in the sun and the warmth of these two and all their cuteness! Let the love-fest commence!

jessica and johan {the day after}
Jessica and Johan stepped up their delightfulness by booking a day after session. I’m so excited that they did, because the day after session fell on such a beautiful day. There were crazy clouds, sunshine, and just a lot of fantasticness. We spent a wonderful afternoon in downtown Sacramento. And really, whenever you wear a wedding dress and a tux in public people tend to be really nice to you.

Jessica and Johan {married}
Jessica and Johan are the most loveliest ever. Seriously, I love them. They were married in Lodi at the always lovely Wine and Roses, and despite the rainy weather we had an amazing day with them. And by we, I mean me and my beloved Beth Baugher. Yes, that’s right Jess and Johan (or Yo-Yo as Beth loves to call him) got the dream team for their big day. I was so grateful to have my Bethie with me… she made everything just that much more fun! Jessica made SUCH a beautiful bride! She was just stunning.
Bethie had the pleasure of being one of the boys for a day. I have to admit, seeing these pictures made me kind of jealous… these boys were having a dang good time.
Jessica and Johan had a First Look planned but as the day went on, the time line got a little off. There wasn’t a whole bunch of time, but it became clear that Jessica NEEDED to see Johan. So, we MADE IT HAPPEN! And I’m so glad we did. The nerves went away INSTANTLY and the day went off without a hitch.
This is one of my favorite shots of the day – Jess and Yo-Yo changing their Facebook status to MARRIED! WOOT!
Then it was party time! And what a great party it was!
