Happy Birthday Dustin! {personal}

There have been a lot of personal posts lately, and I hope you crazy cats are cool with that. But today is a big day in our house… today is Dustin’s 30th birthday! Yes, you got it right… I TOTALLY married a younger man… and I highly recommend it. Sure we are only 10 months apart… but I still say it’s the best.
Dustin is so very much my best friend, and I am so very grateful for his love and support and for him being who he is. He is my rock. He is just everything! I made a list of things I wanted in a husband when I was 16 years old (why, I have no idea, but I did!) and the crazy thing is, Dustin met EVERY SINGLE ONE of my teenage qualifications for being my spouse. Better than that though, he totally exceeds every expectation I’ve ever had for just how awesome a husband can be. I can never properly express just how much I love him and just how insanely happy he makes me. I am so happy that I get to celebrate him today… because really, if there is someone who SHOULD be celebrated it is him.
I love you Dustin! You are my friend, and I really am the luckiest. Happy birthday buddy!
And now I will leave you with a slightly wacky picture of us from our cover shoot at the Old Sugar Mill in March. It was low blood sugar time and we did whatever Beth told us to do.

really best to wait until the blood sugar get to an all time low to get the best shots. that is so freakin’ cute. it was war like conditions at that point in the shoot. loads of love to you and the duster !
