Liz and Drew’s super snugly engagement session

We are SO excited for Liz and Drew’s wedding next month! We met them in person for the first time (hooray for Skype consultations!) when we shot their engagement session last month. They came up to Sacramento and we met up at our beloved Shady Lady for a quick drink before walking around for some snaps of our super fun couple. Liz and Drew are seriously SO perfect for each other. We LOVE them and are SUPER excited about their wedding next month at Travis Air Force Base. It’s going to be just as fun as these two love birds… and hope it’s as snugly as this session was. LOVE!

Jaclyn and Tyler’s Ever So Lovely Engagements

Oh the adorable Jaclyn and Tyler! These two are seriously some of the cutest cuties ever. They met in elementary school! How awesome is that? We are so excited about their wedding next summer. We got together a few weeks ago for their engagement session. It was so much fun photographing these love birds. We can’t wait for their big day!

Samantha and Ryan’s Engagement Session

Honestly, I can’t even figure out where to begin with Samantha and Ryan. They are just incredible, and my excitement for their wedding grows the closer we get to it. It’s like all the stars aligned! The day we shot these photos was the first time I’d met these two. And, oh my goodness… I just fell in love with them. Their chemistry together is so real. Their connection is incredibly deep and photographing that was just such a pleasure.

This next picture is my favorite… LOVE!

And seriously, I could photograph Sam EVERY. SINGLE. DAY and never get bored. She is going to be the MOST beautiful bride! I can’t wait!!!

And Ryan is one handsome dude… together, these two are perfection I tell ya!

As the sun dipped down, we headed over to one of my favorite cluster of power lines and made some more incredible images with these two. I just love how these turned out!!

A HUGE thank you to Sam and Ryan for coming up to Sacramento for their engagement session… you made it incredible! And I must shout out to those who made this shoot even MORE awesome. My love, LeiLani Miladi of Hello Glam! for doing INSANELY awesome makeup and her pal Sarah for rocking out Sam’s hair. Also, much love and huge props to my dearest assistant Francisco (Geraldo Ricardo Eduardo) for helping me with this shoot and even sacrificing his clothing for the good of the pictures. Heather and Kevin {Engaged}

Oh our wonderful Heather and Kevin! We met these two last spring at Tibby and Tom’s fabulous wedding and that was where we fell in love. Our love grew EVEN DEEPER when we met up a few weeks ago for their engagement session in Old Fair Oaks. These two are so much fun, and so cute and so quirky! I just adore everything about them, and am so excited for their wedding this fall. It’s sure to be spectacular. I mean… if they will play leap frog with each other… what WON’T they do.

Halley and Kyle {Engaged}

Halley and Kyle are just two of the coolest people ever. They are super smartie pants, but more than that they are warm and genuine and so very in love with each other. I was excited to travel on down to UC Davis and photograph these two all around the campus where Halley is finishing up her degree as a large animal vet. We were going to do their engagement session earlier in the year, but Halley broke her hand when she was running a goat on a tredmill and the goat got a little excited. I mean really! That’s the best excuse I’ve EVER had to postpone a session. But I was so happy to finally get together with them. We walked around UC Davis for an while staying in front of the rain. It was lovely… just like these two.
