We hope you all have a hoppy… HAPPY Easter.

This weekend was perfect. Sunshine, breezes, beaches, sand castles, kites, delicious food, amazing friends and just so many good things that I can’t even count them all. This weekend was how I always hoped my life would be. My heart is beyond full of gratitude. Life, my friends, is good.

This week has been full of long drives, amazing photo shoots, yummy dinners with the boy I love best, amazing french macaroons, more driving, two sick kids, no daycare because kids are sick, lots of songs, cough medicine, Tylenol, Vick’s vapor rub, googeling home remedies, and working late into the night once the babies are in bed and my brain is mush. Despite the break-neck pace of this crazy life, I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have it… to be living it. I love my kiddos – even when they are hacking up their lungs and needing to be cuddled while their fever breaks. I love my husband – who calmly makes the best fajitas ever while I try to return emails with a sick 4 year old in my lap. And I love my job – Even when it’s hard to do, even when I feel like my inbox could be my mortal enemy, even when all my equipment seems to break at once, even when I feel like I can’t look at the computer for one more second or my eyes are going to bleed – it’s still the best job ever with the best people ever. And so in the midst of all the crazy of this last week I can’t help but feel profoundly grateful for a really, really great life. Have a great weekend everyone! Hopefully next week will be a little calmer for everyone.
