Jillian and Dustin’s Day After Session Of Awesomeness

Oh Jillian and Dustin! Seriously, we LOVED their wedding lots, and their day after session (or – a few months after shoot) didn’t dissapoint. Since Jillian and Dustin chose not to see each other before the ceremony on thier wedding day so all their couple pictures were taken after dark (which ROCKED) with the city lights as their backdrop. So when we planned their day after session we decided on a more natural setting and I LOVE how everything turned out. Jillian and Dustin are LOVES and we had such a great time taking more pictures of them being all kinds of in love.

And because it’s Jillian and Dustin, and because they are really awesome, we ended their shoot in a bar. Have I mentioned how freaking much I LOVE Jillian and Dustin? Because I do… a lot.

Thank you amazing Jillian and Dustin for being so damn awesome! We adore you. And also, a huge thank you to Kate of Kate Miller Events for styling this shoot for us and to Shannon of Flourish for redesigning Jillian’s bouquet using wood, silk and fabric flowers for the shoot – STUNNING! and our LOVES at Hello Glam for their awesome job of glamming everyone up for this shoot! We just love everything about everyone on this shoot! Thanks again to everyone. Enjoy their SLIDESHOW HERE or below for even more sexy time!

And even more thanks to our lovely Kat at Rock N Roll Bride for featuring this shoot!

Jillian and Dustin’s Rock Star Citizen Hotel Wedding

We are SO excited to FINALLY be sharing Jillian and Dustin’s utterly FABULOUS wedding photos with you. Their wedding was featured this morning on Style Me Pretty and I’m excited to share more from their big day. Jillian and Dustin are LOVES! Simply put, we ADORE them and we couldn’t have loved their wedding more. It was at our favorite venue with our favorite team of vendors and these two are just out-of-this-world in love with each other. It made for one heck of a wonderful day. I adored everything about Jillian’s details – from her Jenny Packham dress and Manolo Blahnik shoes to the spot-on florals from Flourish and incredible design by Kate Miller Events this day was nothing short of perfect.

Of course while I was basking in all the bridal glory, Dustin was having a blast photographing our dapper groom and his hilarious group of groomsmen. Note to future grooms: If you wear a velvet blazer I might pet your arm pretty much the whole time I’m with you. Just be aware.

Jillian and Dustin chose the ballroom for their ceremony location and added lots of candles to the after-dark affair. I LOVE that Dustin (the groom, not my hubs) gave me the thumbs up seconds before Jillian walked down the aisle. These two were SO ready to get married. It was fantastic! (And yes, I totally cried… but you probably knew that already.)

As soon as these two were down the aisle as Mr. and Mrs. we RAN upstairs to the Governor’s Suite for some after-dark couple pictures. I love this happy accident photo of them right after the ceremony running to the elevators.

Just a quick word about the picture above. When I helped Jillian and Dustin into this pose I said, “Okay you two, this one is for your mom’s.” To which our handsome groom replied, “No, this one is for our daughters.” Que Sarah Maren melting into a puddle on the balcony. I mean, SERIOUSLY! Could you be ANY more adorable? No, no you can’t, Dustin.

Now, let’s just talk for a minute about the incredibly beautiful job Kate Miller Events and Flourish did creating this event. I just loved how elegant everything was – from the linens to the draped pearls in the centerpieces it was STUNNING. I can’t thank Kate and Shannon enough for their hard work – the always make me look SO good. And a shout out to Kate who creates THE BEST timelines I have ever seen. She ALWAYS carves out space for me to photograph the room and I so appreciate that. My bride and groom usually don’t have the opportunity to see the room completely empty of people and it Kate knows how important it is that they be able to see that all of their planning and hard work paid off so she makes sure it’s photographed beautifully for them. Just another reason I simply adore working with her.

Jillian and Dustin we just can’t thank you enough for having us be there to witness your fabulous wedding. We love you loads! Check out the SLIDESHOW HERE or below for more from this perfect day.

Also a HUGE thank you to the vendors who worked on this wedding and KNOCKED IT OUTTA THE PARK! I love you all and am always thrilled when we get to work together.

Debra and Ryan’s New Years Eve Wedding Extravaganza!

Oh Debra and Ryan! These two are so adorable and so much fun and their wedding was just bananas! They became Mr. and Mrs. on New Years Eve at our favorite spot on earth, The Citizen Hotel. Debra put so much thought and care into her wedding, and it showed through in the details. From two dress and two AMAZING pairs of shoes to signature cocktails and midnight fireworks this was one of the greatest weddings ever! We loved ringing in the new year with these two and their amazing family and friends!

Then it was off to get these two married and party the night away. Fun fact: Debra and Ryan were married by Ryan’s dad! How fun is that?!

And then Debra changed into her dancing dress! I love it when brides have a party dress as well as their wedding gown… super fun!

Once the ball dropped we raced upstairs to the balcony of the Governers suite to grab some shots of our wonderful couple with the fireworks in the background. Happy new year indeed!

Thanks to wonderful Debra and Ryan for having us ring in the new year for your big day! We know you two will have a lifetime of happy new years together. Check out the SLIDESHOW HERE or below for more from this super fun wedding.
