Okay… seriously, I love Karlene and Shawn. Maybe it’s because they are awesome, funny, witty and unbelievably funny or because I’ve known Karlene since I was a baby. Whatever it is these two are amazing and are on their way to being some kick ass parents.
Karlene and Shawn are expecting their first born in just a few short weeks. Their son will have similar initials to my daughter (they will both be LJ’s) and Shawn and I have decided they should start a band and call themselves the LL Cool J’s because by the time they are old enough to have a band it could be ironic and clever. Remember this post fine readers when LL Cool J’s rules the charts in 2028.
I can’t even begin to tell you how overjoyed I am for Karlene and Shawn as they get ready to welcome their own LJ home. They have waited a long time for this cute boy, and I am just ecstatic for them. I can’t wait to meet him and introduce him to his future band mate.
