If you haven’t read Parts I, II and III of Andrea and Grant’s Wedding Weekend, you TOTALLY should because it’s rad!
Well friends, here we are. The fourth, and final post about Andrea and Grant’s amazing Leonard Lake Reserve Wedding. Is it weird that I am sad to see it come to an end? Probably. But I am! I have so enjoyed reliving this beautiful weekend with such a truly wonderful couple and their fantastic group of family and friends. After such an epic ceremony, there was no doubt their reception would be a blast. It did not disappoint! From heart felt and hilarious toasts, to the surprise of a flash mob and an accapella version of “Won’t Stop” by Miley Cyrus to a cake expertly decorated by the brides father to a guest doing back flips across the dance floor – this reception had it all! Add in a few moments on hilltops with the happy couple as the sun set over the valley and honestly, I could not ask for another thing! It was a perfect day! I love hearing the toasts at wedding because they are usually filled with funny stories and so much love. These toasts went so far above my expectations. Andrea and Grant are simply adored by all who know them. I count myself so luck to have heard the tales of these two, and how life seemed to guide them right to each other. I loved it! To make my heart burst even more, we hopped in an ATV after those toasts and raced to the top of the hills to catch the last few moments of sunset. Creating beautiful images of this couple as they sun kissed the valley good night was such a lovely way to give them a few moments together. Wedding days are so hectic! Sunset photos tend to make such a nice respite for the couple. A few moments to love on each other is always something to take time out for. And then we headed back to get the party started! And what a reception it was. Cake and dancing and flash mobs (that even DUSTIN got in on!) and surprise videos and choreographed first dances. It was a dream. I am so grateful to have been there to watch the start of this family. Andrea and Grant, count us among the throngs of people who utterly adore you. Congratulations on your marriage! We know is will be so very long and SO very happy.
