It was a treat to photograph Megan a few months ago for her senior portraits! Megan is a fun and fantastic young woman and it was awesome having her in front of my lens. We met up at Ancil Hoffman Park in Fair Oaks for her session. She had loads of ideas and outfits and best of all, she also brought her family along. Megan’s mom added a family portrait session on the senior portrait shoot and I just LOVE that she did. We started with those images, and they are some of my favorite family photos. Having your baby graduate from high school is a big deal! I should know! My baby graduated preschool this year and it almost did me in. These family portraits capture just how much these four love each other and it was wonderful to make. Megan was fearless with her shoot too! She got in the river, sat in tall grass and basically kicked all kinds of ass (and soccer balls – she also kicked those.) There is something I just love about seniors. I so remember that feeling of being on the verge of the start of your adulthood. It’s one of my favorite things to capture that for my clients.
