Cheers to Ten Years - The Lewis Family

I honestly get so overwhelmed when I think about the Lewis family and just how much I love them.  For the past 10 years these amazing humans have let me be there to photograph their lives.  From the beginning I have adored them – and I couldn’t be more grateful.  I still remember the first time I met Lynsday and Mike.  They sat in my living room for hours talking about their wedding, and photography and how important it was to them.  I adored them from the start.  Every time I have photographed this family it has felt like magic.  From their wedding to day after session to their anniversary session and family sessions I have loved them all.  This year marks their 10th wedding anniversary and I honestly can’t believe how fast time flies.  It feels like it was just yesterday that we were sitting around my living room.  I feel like I owe such a debt of gratitude to Lyndsay and Mike.  They met when I was finally starting to shoot digital and felt like I was struggling.  But they saw something in my work they loved, and championed it.  They were always ready for whatever silly thing I asked them to do and put so much trust in me.  I can’t thank them enough for the past decade of fun photo shoots and great friendship.  Congratulations on your 10th anniversary! Here’s to many, many more!
