Beautiful Brides Inspiration Shoot

I usually try to do some sort of styled or inspiration shoot about once a year – but in 2016 I’ve done three.  And you know what? They are EXACTLY what I’ve needed!  When we were working on the re-brand shoot for Shannon’s new website we were lucky enough to borrow some dresses from Second Summer Bride Sacramento.  When we walked in, there was a stunning Haley Paige dress on a manaquin that stopped me in my tracks.  It was completely wrong for the shoot we were doing then, but I just wanted to make pictures of it SO bad!  I mentioned to Karla, the owner, that I was going to dream about that dress for the rest of my days and she gave me a happy smile.  Turns out she had been wanting to do a shoot with that dress as well, but was having hard time finding a photographer who could come up with the right vision for the shoot. I told her I had vision to spare and we started working on the shoot. We were beyond blessed with loads of talent!  Along with the amazing dress, we were able to get an incredible gender neutral short suit from the incredible Thuy Custom Clothier.  Flourish provided us with beautiful and inventive flowers that made me so happy to photograph.  She made the bouquet into a wearable wristlet and it was perfection!  And then we got these incredible models and it was just a fantastic shoot that let me be creative and have fun in the most delightful way.  Thanks to the amazing team who helped put this shoot together!  It was amazing and I am crazy proud of the images we created together.  Enjoy all this pretty!!
