Seeing a couple whose wedding I photographed become parents is one of the most gratifying parts of my job. I adore Cassy and Keysia and was THRILLED when I heard they were expecting. They called me and scheduled a maternity session for 6 weeks before their little one’s due date. The morning before the shoot, I got an email letting me know their baby had decided to join them earlier than expected and had been born the night before. A maternity session morphed into a newborn session. Kaden came home after some time in the NICU and once he was up to visitors I headed over with my camera and made some images of this beautiful family. Kaden is SUCH a great baby! He would eat a little, sleep a little, snuggle a little and only cried a couple times. He was an angel! Also, how cute is he? I just wanted to kiss his smooshy cheeks all day! Congratulations Cassy and Keysia! Kaden is one handsome little man. Thank you for having me photograph him during this magical time.
