Iris & Clinton

Oh wonderful Iris and Clinton! This wedding was everything! Because these two are everything!  Iris and Clinton were incredible to photograph because their love was just ever-present. There was no hiding it, no shying away from it. They let their love be front and center – and MAN – are their photos the better for it.  We started their wedding day with their first look.  They had a circus themed wedding, so this mural in Midtown was the natural choice for a first look spot. Then it was getting this awesome group of incredible friends in front of as many cool murals as we could! I firmly believe you can measure a person by the company they keep, and Iris and Clinton sure keep good company! Their friends and family were so fun and supportive and so very happy these two were getting ready to tie the know.  After the fun photos downtown, we headed out to The Barn at Second Wind on the delta to make things official.  Iris and her sister planned an amazing day that had beautiful detail after beautiful detail.  From the farm tables to the tiny whiskey bottle favors to fortune telling fish to donuts instead of cake, this wedding was pitch perfect.  I won’t like, when I discovered Iris worked for her sister N’Gina at her restaurant South, and that they would be catering the wedding – well – I would have paid them to have me there.  South has RUINED me for any other fried chicken.  Seriously, it’s bonkers.  So to have all the tasty fixings of South and the one of the funnest most photogenic couples ever? You guys, I hit the wedding photographer lotto with this one.  So sit back, grab a chicken leg, and enjoy one HAPPY wedding of two AWESOME humans!  Congratulations Iris and Clinton!!
